Ampco System Parking, in conjunction with the City of Des Moines and the Downtown Community Alliance, has added many exciting customer service programs to the downtown city parking ramps. Customers receive a new level of service, promoted as premium services.
These services are now available at the Fourth and Grand and Ninth and Locust parking facilities.

At Your Service. Car care services while you park.
Premium services include many automotive services that can be provided while you are at work. In a society where time is money, we feel that many of our customers will be interested in utilizing these services while their car is parked.
If you do not already park in these facilities, you are invited to come try these new services. There is no daily parking charge for the day that you use this service.
How It Works

Park in a RESERVED FOR PREMIUM SERVICES space near the cashier exit booths.

Locate the Premium Services kiosk in the lobby of the parking garage.

Select and complete a vendor form and envelope.

Place the vendor form and your keys in the Premium Services envelope.

Remove the claim check from the premium services envelope and retain.

Retain the claim check from the envelope.

Deposit the envelope into the locked key box located within the Premium Services kiosk.

Drop off time: 10 a.m. Pick up time: 4 p.m.
For your protection, to claim your keys, you must present your claim check and a photo ID to the cashier.

The following is a list of services and their prices. We offer many service providers, Auto Artists, Beckley Automotive Services, Kryger Glass and Midtown Auto Repair, Inc. Which service provider you use is your decision.

A free estimate if provided before any work is done. Estimates that are received back by 10 a.m. will have work completed that same day unless other arrangements have been made. Estimates received after 10 a.m. will be scheduled for the following day. |

A full service oil and filter change and chassis lubrication. It includes a comprehensive 30 point inspection performed by a certified technician. The price includes up to 5 quarts of oil and a new oil filter. Some import and exotic vehicles may be extra.

This convenient service will provide a full service fuel fill and keep your car clean inside and out. We will vacuum the interior, dust the dash and clean the windows. The exterior will receive a touch-free car wash using a hot presoak and double detergent wash cycle. The include high impact undercarriage wash, wheel blaster, and rocker blaster cycles. Your car is rinsed with a spot free rise and dried to a shine. |
